Happy to choose another color that I was told was in stock and yes - 15% off. Called to inquire about immediate availability of other colors. Canceled that order then rethought a few weeks later. I ordered one item that was "in stock" and "ready to ship" only to learn it was on backorder for 4 months - yep, 4 month!. I don't know how these people stay in business.Īdd me to the growing list of former customers ! Seems in the past year that THE COMPANY STORE has succumbed to the same horrific customer service and inventory issues that their not-so-new owner HOME DEPOT is famous for! I too have had issues with TCS the past year, most recently in trying to expedite the order of throw. I just called again and guess what? It's not shipping today, maybe it will ship in the next few days? It will be overnighted when it does ship.but there are 11,000 orders a day in queue so they'll get to me when they get to me. After I complained some more, the agent said she would ask for it to be prioritized to ship on 3/25 for Saturday 3/26 delivery. I called on 3/25/22 and was told the comforter had not yet shipped because the warehouse was doing inventory, and it would ship sometime next week. I called and ordered a different color immediately and was told it would ship for delivery on 3/25/22. On 3/22/22, I received an email that said the order was cancelled because the comforter was out of stock (even though I was told on 3/18 that it was back in stock). I ordered another color, and after complaining about the lack of communication, I was offered a 20 percent discount and overnight shipping so that the comforter would arrive on 3/23/22. I received no notification of this until I called that day. Called on 3/18/22 and was told my order had been cancelled because the credit card hold has expired.

Called for comforter update the following week and was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. Received confirmation of the order from PayPal. I placed an order for a comforter and travel set on 2/28/22. Customer Service just feeds lies to get you off the phone
